Other info
An invoice will be emailed to you for payment once your order has shipped.
Occasional shortages and crop failures happen. Sometimes part of your order may be cancelled or reduced, but where possible, Ball will offer a substitute if suitable for the grower.
Plugs need to be hardened off to sun and temperature before planting as they have been grown in a temperature controlled setting and then a dark box for several days.
Have your planting space ready to avoid needing to pot up plugs or hold them in trays for extended periods.
